Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Position Summary:
Responsibilities may include posting monthly transactions, preparing monthly invoices and statements, posting cash receipts and wire transfers, communicating with customers regarding collection issues and assisting with various special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
Responsible for defining client’s business objectives and mapping technology solutions to meet those objectives. This position also supports the growth of accounts within Network Insight’s three key practice areas; Network Integration and Consulting, Systems Infrastructure and Network Management. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development team in sales strategy execution and delivery.
  • Identify and participate in developing revenue opportunities and strategic area/account planning.
  • Acts as lead technical interface for key strategic accounts.
  • Pursue opportunities for adding new business within existing accounts.
  • Interacts with clients on needs for new services and reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
  • Preparation of technical estimates for proposed projects.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies that may improve customer and internal operations, and develops recommendations accordingly.
  • Provides high level consulting services for clients with focus on current practice areas.
  • Works on complex solutions where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation.
  • Plans large-scale network projects through vendor comparison and cost studies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of network hardware, configuration and protocols, OS/NOS/IOS including Windows Server and UNIX is required.
  • VoIP and/or security knowledge is desirable. Superior communication, presentation and writing skills are essential.
  • The candidate must be innovative and a self starter. Experience with consulting, network integration and network management services is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40%.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Cisco CCIE certification or other equivalent industry certification preferred.
  • 3+ years technical sales/account management experience.
  • Ability to identify and communicate solutions around advanced/complex LANs/ WANs and associated systems is required.

  • Proactively creating, updating, and maintaining user and technical documentation for projects, including: design documents, technical specifications, data models, information flows, access matrices, content matrices and navigational storyboards.
  • Reviewing code and technical documentation deliverables and providing constructive direction for each phase of the development process.
  • Developing, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, launching and supporting large, highly complex web applications with minimal guidance from senior technical staff as needed.
  • Understanding, researching, and learning the latest e-Business and enterprise technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years professional experience in software development and application design with consistent progression in technical ownership and leadership duties.
  • Minimum of 4 years architecture and development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET technologies (C#, ASP, SQL, etc.)
  • Must have 3+ years experience building software that is scalable, web-based, and for enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience designing and building complex web applications in a fast paced and diverse environment.
  • Must have significant experience working with SQL and SQL Server. Demonstrated ability to work independently and capacity to make decisions on technical direction and business needs.
  • BS or BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience, with a focus on web application design and development technologies.
  • Proven track record for meeting and exceeding expectations regarding schedule, features, quality and personal interactions.
  • Ideal candidate will be a team player who is driven, willing to take initiative, responsible, and eager to learn.
